Dirtbusters has been open and operating since 2014. It has always been owner operated as a family business and we don't have plans to change that any time soon. My name is Carlton, and I am the owner. I am IICRC certified as a professional carpet cleaner and have been professionally trained on the proper techniques to clean and protect your carpet. I have a deep understanding of the carpet production process and the ways that soils adhere to carpet fibers. I have studied the molecular bonding between the carpet fibers and the dyes used to produce their colors. I have also studied the ways that soils are magnetically attracted to the carpet fibers. I can identify your carpet type and specifically target the soils without causing damage. I don't like to consider myself as your typical cleaner because most people get into this business without being educated. That lack of education can lead to unforgiving mistakes and irreparable damage. My goal is to share my knowledge and to extend my skills to help you make your carpets perform and last a very long time.


To start, we use a top quality truckmounted steam machine. Our temperatures will achieve hot water extraction but without damaging your carpet fibers or backing material. All of our water runs through a water softener which will remove the extra minerals that are in our Arizona water.  If those minerals were to be left in the water the chemical agents in our prespray would begin to attach to those impurities and reduce the cleaning ability of the chemical. We use nothing but top quality, professional chemicals and have been trained on their proper usage and disposal. We also carry the safety data sheets for every chemical we transport.


 The prespray will be mixed onsite and will be specific to the type of carpet you have along with the condition it is in. After the prespray is applied your carpets will be agitated using a manual brush or a counter rotating brush tool. This tool will work the chemical in and suspend the soils from the carpet fibers. It will also pull out the deeply embedded hairs and debris left behind by most vacuums. The extraction tool used will be determined based on the needs of the job. Deep cleaning restoration tools are available if needed. Our rinse will consist of a neutralizing agent and fresh smelling deodorizer. After the job is complete a final inspection will be conducted to ensure you have received the highest level of satisfaction.
